[talk-au] Vic State Forest Boundary Files

I think it'll be much easier to request a waiver for a wider set of
Victorian open data. DELWP has been very accommodating and kindly granted
us a waiver for Vicmap, so I can't see there being a problem with other CC
BY data like
https://discover.data.vic.gov.au/dataset/state-forest-public-land-management-wms
.
In hindsight it was a mistake of mine to request the waiver with a narrow
scope of applicable datasets, it's just the waiver templates from LWG
specified a "Dataset" field and I didn't reword it to apply to any CC BY
published open data.
It'll probably take some time to get the paperwork back from DELWP, via
their vicmap.help at delwp.vic.gov.au email but we should start the process.
Did you want to do that Ian?
