[talk-au] Path cutting through Wynyard Park though not visible at street level

I've noticed there there is a path that cuts through Wynyard Park. It's
definitely not at the park / street level as per my note

At one end it is connected to a path that is underground, however the other
end connects with a road at street level and I can't see any underground
exit there.

There is another path that also starts underground and then emerges at
street level https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/296128125
