[talk-au] How to create an exception for buses where way tag is [parking:lane:left = no_stopping] ?

Hi,

Sounds like a renderer issue. By definition a bus can stop at a bus stop but no other vehicle class is allowed.

What is making you think a special tag is required?

Subject: [talk-au] How to create an exception for buses where way tag is [parking:lane:left = no_stopping] ?

Hi,

In Sydney, we have a situation where buses service bus stops along the M2 Motorway.

Cars and Ride Share vehicles are not permitted to stop at these bus stops.

To prevent vehicles stopping, I believe I can use the common tagging method [parking:lane:left = no_stopping] on a way segment

BUT, I don't want this tag to prevent buses from being able to service the bus stop.

Is there an exception tag or some other kind of tag that could allow buses to stop?

Cheers,
David
