Hi Phil

Yes, Michael from FuelPrice.io was very quick to reply and fix it.

What if they don't use Mapbox and don't reply to emails? I was chasing 
down Australian Unity because some of their PDF maps for Herston Quarter 
don't mention OSM, two emails and no answer.
