[talk-au] Mapping shared driveways

Hi Seb!

The last time this came up on the mailing list 
(https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-au/2021-September/015014.html) 
most people seemed to approve of the following mapping:

highway=service

service=driveway

driveway=pipestem
