[talk-au] Proposed Bulk Edit: Road Route Numbering.

I did some work on some of the relations prior to going on holidays. I can take over where I left off, but it won’t be for another week.

Maybe a good starting point for anyone would be to go through the relations I’ve already done on and change the tags on those ways.
