[talk-au] Brisbane City Bike Racks

I now see the public dataset is only 100 bike racks in the cbd. I plan on requesting other data later, as I see council owned maps showing more racks, but I can easily visit all of these on bike in a day, so I might start with the "" full "" dataset.
