[talk-au] New MapRoulette Challenges - Add Highways & Isolated

Hello Australia community,

We are releasing a challenge refill (Australia - Add Highways - Queensland<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/37638>:) that includes Brisbane and surrounding areas, plus (Australia - Add Highways - New South Wales<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/38451>) & (Australia - Isolated Highways - Queensland<https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/38442>), in which our team has conducted a spatial analysis internally to indicate potential issues in the OSM map.
