[talk-au] Transperth - add live bus times page to bus-stop website tags

Great, I would use this a lot so would be glad to have it. So I think we just need to choose the URL form.

Choices I know of are (with example stop 12902):

- https://136213.mobi/RealTime/QRRealTimeStopResults.aspx?SN=12902 : I ended up at one of these pages following a QR-code on a bus stop stand. Being posted by Transperth on the bus stand, this would seem to be the current primary official one.
- https://serviceinformation.transperth.info/api/QRCode/12902 : Redirects to above URL. Perhaps I didn't notice being redirected and this is actually on the QR-codes on bus stands?
- https://136213.mobi/RealTime/RealTimeStopResults.aspx?SN=12902 : Alternative that results when navigating https://136213.mobi/ and entering a bus stop number into a web form. I was preferring this one because it has links to the home page and to the main Transperth website, though personally I would find either page fine to use. It is missing the stop full name and list of route numbers after the live times.

I could even contact PTA about the URLs, but personally not too worried and the URLs are indeed easy to change.

Regards,
Gregory
