I was planning to get back to this project, but was pleasantly surprised
by the update on the wiki page saying that "The bulk of the import was
completed in December 2024."

And a glimpse on the current map does show addresses populating areas
previously with little to no coverage.

What is the Victoria address coverage now? It looks like
metrics.improveosm.org is no longer online so I can't check with the
link I used before (I assume the dates in the url need to be changed if
the site was online):
https://metrics.improveosm.org/address-points/total-metrics-per-interval?duration=weekly&locationType=country&locationId=13&unit=km&from=2022-01-01&to=2023-09-24
