[talk-au] Mail-out re OSMF & OSGeo membership

Letting you all know that we (OSM Oceania) have now started a mail-out via
OSM DM to talk about becoming members of both OSMF & OSGeo Oceania.

So most of you here, being frequent mappers in the region, should receive
