[talk-au] Discontinuous tracks at Mt Bogong

I expect it is because that section is tagged sac_scale=mountain_hiking .
Going north from Mount Bogong along The Staircase is the same until the sac_scale changes to hiking.
Same going se from Hell Gap viewpoint to Cleve Cole Hut on Walking Track.
