if this didn't collide with one of two events i had blocked for the 
summer (the other being summer solstice), i'd arrange for things and be 
there.
nevertheless, i'd be glad for this to be advertised in latvian osm space.

who's going from lv ? interested in writing reports for osm.lv/blog , 
maybe ?
