I think that 50€ is a good upper limit for accommodation. Of course if
we can get a discount somewhere, that's even better.

Regarding the website one could certainly create a simple OpenLayers
map that shows the hotels directly from OSM data, as shown here:

The OSM data could be generated from an Overpass API call, so that we
actually display live data. If we also want highlighting (which makes
sense especially if we have a discount somewhere) in might be easier
to convert the data to GPX and add some further info before it gets
displayed. I will play around with this and see whether I can
construct something nice.

Bus stops in Tartu should now be more or less completely listed in OSM.
