Hi Ishtiaque,
I have compared the Netrokona District on Openstreetmap
http://www.openstreetmap.org/index.html?mlat=24.88&mlon=90.73&zoom=11&layers=B000FTF
with
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/ams/india/txu-oclc-6614190-ng46-13.jpg

The PCL map contains much more information, but probably isn't much
usefull for tracing. It could help you with city, village, river
names.
