So, after a bit of work, I've made the list on the wiki at 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/WikiProject_Belgium/Conventions/Traffic_Signs

I've just entered the full list of all traffic signs in Belgium to be 
complete, even though many signs are unmappable. I just want it to be 
an easy reference to map things without the need to browse through all 
the mapping features pages to see whether something may be mappable or 
not.

Now is the time you can start contributing: add your pictures of each of 
these traffic signs if you have some. I've put in one example image. To 
keep it clean, call your images "Belgium-trafficsign-XX.jpg" with XX 
replaced by the sign number. The full list for reference for your 
pictures can be found at http://www.wegcode.be/wet.php?wet=1&node=art65

As you see, I didn't put any work in adding the correct OSM tags yet, so 
you can fill those in as well :-)

The things which are missing are all exception signs ("uitgezonderd 
plaatselijk verkeer" etc), so still some work to do...
