Hello,

Today I was reading the conventions published on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/WikiProject_Belgium/Conventions .
I think we shouldn't stick to much on the N numbers to determine the
highway type. Also in reality not all Rx streets should be classified as a
motorway.

A N-example:
N382 and N43 in Waregem. The N382 has 2 lanes each way, the N43 has only
one way each way. Folling the conventions the bigest road should be tagged
secondary and the smalest one primary. Rather weird no?

Rx-example:
R8 in Kortrijk: some parts could indeed be marked as highway, other parts
look more like a primary road. Also Teleatlas doesn't mark the whole road
as a highway.
