Hera,

Polyglot already managed to arrange a place in a cafe. Traditional
organisations such as offices of tourism are generally reluctant to help OSM
out, so I'm not sure contacting them would have helped.

I am trying to add a message.

Leuven, Antwerp and  Brussels are on the map, Mechelen NOT
Is n't this a good reason to go to the public office of toerisme and ask
them to help us and to give us
a small meeting room and an internet connection for a day ?
We can promise to add all the Hotels on the map.
