[OSM-talk-be] data for Brussels, Belgium from authorities for OSM

Following article has been released yesterday (23/01/2007), some hours 
after my mail ;)

It announces that the TIGER import is completed.
It also lists the AND import.

This article can be useful for extra motivating the people of CIRB to 
donate the data.
