If I had gotten to them first, I would probably have tagged them as 
minor, since they are wide enough for one car, but not two. This is 
apparently a tag that's not on map features though. I tend to use it 
where I need something between unclassified and track/cycleway. A track 
with asphalt or concrete on it. A bit wider than a single lane cycleway. 
I see unclassified as a road that's just wide enough for two trucks to 
pass, just under tertiary.
