Yeah, as said before, there is no road that can be tagged like that. All 
roads around Frans Jochemsplein have different names, so I just named 
the area inside it, and since you can't walk there I couldn't make it 
highway=pedestrian either.

There are similar issues as well. Te Boelaarpark is also a street name 
according to the list, while it's obviously only the name of a park and 
not of a road, yet the school inside that park has address "Te 
Boelaarpark", so...

I always thought that one could see the quays along the docks as the 
entities that get that address. But I don't really know it. Would a 
hangar along the docks have the name of the dock or the name of the 
road on the other side of the hangar?

And I've already added  some more from Berchem. I really get the idea 
that the firm making those signs (most signs in Berchem were made in 
one go, they are getting replaced slowly nowadays) wasn't really 
thorough at the time...

Reminds me to ask what was different with the first name in that column 
except that the one in the second column is all uppercase.
