Yeah, but then you could make one long road along the entire side of the 
docks called "Haven" :-) That number isn't the official address, it's 
just the number used for making it much easier for anyone who has to 
deliver or pick something up there.

Think about how big those road signs would be if they contained the road 
names instead of just numbers like "1-9999" :-)
