[OSM-talk-be] the state of OpenStreetmap in Antwerpen

Unfortunately the list at the moment remains quite long - around 1300
streets to be done in Antwerpen...

A bit too long to be updated and maintained manually. Also not everyone
editing openstreetmap will check the wiki or update it. 

Once the list of streets to be done becomes small the 'todo list' might
get usefull on the wiki. 


Will update the list tomorrow (thuesday 23 sept) in the morning.
