As with relations itself it seems new - proposal either - and very rarely
implemented yet. anyhow, i'll try to add the restrictions when I encounter
them.
I found some restrictions in Aachen and checked out if they were used in the
routing by cloudmate.
It seems not (yet?).
On
http://osm.virtuelle-loipe.de/restrictions/?zoom=18&lat=50.77725&lon=6.0903&layers=B00TTyou
can find a few restrictions.
Cloudmade created following car route:
Head southwest on Couvenstraße 62 m <http://maps.cloudmade.com/#>Turn left
at Kurhausstraße 0.1 km ### -> restriction = no left turn (obligation to
turn right)
<http://maps.cloudmade.com/#>Turn left at Peterstraße 0.1
km<http://maps.cloudmade.com/#>Turn
left at Peterskirchhof 15 m --> restriction = no left turn (turning left
prohibited)
<http://maps.cloudmade.com/#>Total route distance: 0.3 km
Total route time: 23 s
