[OSM-talk-be] Municipality borders

Hello everyone,

one thing that has currently been bugging me is the lack of municipality
borders in Belgium. I have a shapefile with all the municipality borders of
the flemish region, but I don't know the source. I got it from a source at
the university a few years ago for a small GIS project, but the file was
never associated with any metadata indicating the source... It's kind of
annoying to have the file there, but not be able to use it, or should I just
take the risk ?
