[OSM-talk-be] problems with finding city's

I use navit for routing (on my Neo FreeRunner)
but when searching for ( a lot of) Belgian city's it can't find them
although i KNOW they are in OSM

I read that this can be caused by missing "is_in" tags,
but two days ago I added some (for example for the city of Denderleeuw)
but even when searching online the openstreetmap namefinder doesn't
find it, although it's clearly there:

how can I fix this?
al already made the tag with city, Denderleeuw and is_in: Belgium


could anybody please give me a hint?
