You mean just putting a marker on the map? You can just add an "mlat" and 
"mlon" parameter to the openstreetmap url, like: 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.72817&lon=5.7061&zoom=16&layers=B000FTF&mlat=50.72817&mlon=5.7061

or if you want to do it more advanced, see 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenLayers_Marker_Example

I don't know if there is a nicer method so you can click the map where you 
want the marker.
