You can't delete GPS tracks that you uploaded. You had to do that beforehand.
But for OSM it's not really a problem.

Garmin's mapsource can do it. Others probably too, but I only know mapsource.

What you have there is just a GPS track. To go from there you open Potlatch (the
edit link on that page), JOSM or Merkaartor, go to the area where the GPS points
are and download data (including GPS tracks). Then you can draw roads and features.
