[OSM-talk-be] New user

Hello,

I'm a new user of OpenStreetMap, living in Perwez, near the boundary between the provinces of Namur and W. Brabant  (sorry for the bad english, but my flemish is still worst :-).

I'm currently discovering the features of OSM and reading the (rather wide) documentation. I've no GPS until now (no car...); maybe I'll buy one if I become enthusiast of OSM, but I'd like to try one. There is a lot of work in my town, I would be pleased to have contact with neighbouring mappers.

What about the GPS Devices for community use. Is it one available ? and How ?

(I work in Brussel and comes there almost everyday by train, if that can help for contacts).
