(repost as my address was apparently not the good one)
I think that in order to move forward, a Belgian chapter is indeed useful.
I have already contacted some administrations (in Brussels to get the
URBIS data (http://www.cirb.irisnet.be/site/fr/departements/services/urbis/)
and in Wallonie, on top of Brice Maron efforts that we tried to
coordinate. (some thing that we must reactivate now after Sept 1) I
have been asked if I was an official representative, and I had
answered that no, I was not, but that anyone could help the project
move forward provided that the licence be respected, and that such a
national. But the licence change is such a move for many people that
it is difficult for them to adapt.
I hope that one bilingual association, with provisions for the German
language, will be enough knowing the state and difficulties that we
live in ;-(
www.ages.be/telechargement/creation_asbl.pdf contains the minimal requirements
Regards,
Nicolas
