[OSM-talk-be] Openstreetmap Foundation: the Belgian Chapter

Is everyone of that taught? That why i want to reopen the discussion. Can we
organize a voting about that subject?

One point : There is no official organization, who can talk with the
government or with other organizations (such as the "diensten toerisme").
And there are enough other reasons to start with OSM Belgium.
