Hi guys,
I'm personally working on this, mainly my hometown area of Hulshout and
the surrounding towns.
My focus is (in order):
1) roads (missing + aligning)
2) rivers / railway (missing + aligning)
3) landuse
4) city borders
On some parts (roads), sometimes I wonder about the actual road surface
(paved/unpaved) and this typically triggers me to go and visit the road
to see its condition. But this is rather hard with this weather :D
Also some parts to watch out for, which I already experienced: don't try
to blindly trust bing data, the data isn't perfectly current. For
example in my town of Houtvenne there is a new street (at least 1 year
old), which is not visible on Bing yet, but which I mapped earlier on by
means of GPX tracks.
Kind regards,
Kenny Moens
