[OSM-talk-be] an belgian OpenStreetMap group

I think we already are a group, here on the mailing list.

There are mapping parties, we work on the wiki etc.

But nothing here is organized, we do, we let people know, and discuss 
when some one doesn't agree.

What do you have in mind about a "group"?
