[OSM-talk-be] Tagging cycleways in Flanders

Ivom,

In the basic info a clearer distinction between 'fietspad' and
'fietsweg' should be made, because 'fietsstrook' does not exist in our
Belgian 'wegcode'. Maybe the difference between the same words in the
Netherlands and Belgium should be clarified.

I once started a similar page at
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Edflex#BE:cycleway_convention_definitions,
for the purpose of refreshing my wiki knowledge. Alas it contains too
much text, and too few photos.
