Hi all,

I have this idea of making a small summary each week with the main topics of 
some other OSM mailing lists (mainly talk@ and tagging@). Many of you are 
probably only subscribed to this mailing list and have no idea what's going on 
elsewhere. So I'll briefly present the main interesting topics here and cut 
out the noise (and there's a lot of that lately...), so if someone is 
interested in a topic he can find more information about it, so he's not 
presented with some surprises afterward...

So consider this as a proof of concept for now. Comments are welcome, and if 
people like it, I'll keep doing this.

* New users have to sign up to the ODbL (talk@)

A first step has been taken towards a possible move to the Open Database 
License: if you now register for a new account you'll have to agree to both 
CCBYSA and ODbL. New users will be presented with these terms:

People interested in making translations for this can do that at

sparking a whole discussion on what a new logo should look like.
