Welcome to the belgian talk list concerning OpenStreetMap! This list is
not very active and your question is very welcome showing that external
bodies gradually start to become interested in the project.

archives a bit and repost your message to the

What also comes to mind is to contact the representatives of the
OpenStreetMap foundation, they are able to do some networking related to
what you are looking for. Check:
http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Working_Groups#Licensing_Working_Group
for the corresponding mailadress of the working group targeting
licensing issues and related information. They will be happy to help you
further.
