This is a problem with the Bing imagery: if you follow the Deurnestraat you
see that it's properly aligned up to the railway and then it's off very
suddenly, and the neighbourhood shows several impossibilities. Probably a
problem during combining all imagery into one. This can happen now and then,
but in these cases it's just a matter of not blindly copying the images.

The imagery has indeed updated (or rather, it updated at the higher zoom
levels, this imagery was already available if you zoomed out since we got
access to Bing in OSM, but it showed an older image set (which wasn't as
detailed as the current one) when you zoomed in.
