I see from your site that you say all routes are "realized by [various 
provincial tourist agencies] and copyright protected accordingly".
Does this mean you originally used the data from these agencies (with 
permission, of course) and updated it from user submissions?

OSM nowadays asks that you grant an unlimited license on your submissions. See 
http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License/Contributor_Terms 
If OSM is to import data from your database, then you must either have 
permission to give such a license, or get permission from everybody who 
contributed to the data that will be imported. 
The other way around, for you using OSM data, things are licensed under the 
"CC-BY-SA", the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike version 2.0. At least 
for now, more info is here: http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License
