The more info you put, the less possible it is it gets interpreted wrong.
How it gets interpreted depends on the programm. Normaly 'streetname' and
'number' should be enough. Using interpolation along a long part of a street
i guess even streetname *normaly* should not be nescessary (but wise
anyhow). City / Postcode and so probably only is usefull if the same
streetname exists in both city/villages and reuses the same numbers.

I cannot remember an application that would 'show' you how numbers get put
on streets (perhaps someone else can) but you can also test it wit
http://www.openrouteservice.org and type in the address with housenumber.
Take care, their data are always some days behind.

However it it works well in one application it doesn't mean it does in all.
