[OSM-talk-be] OSM and iphone

There are a lot of app for iphone 4 on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Apple_iOS , but its difficult to choose.

I am looking for an app that can:

1) download a set of OSM maps
2) outdoor can work offline
3) and follow with the gps
4) add poi (or more like tracks)
5) send at home the changes to OSM

Which are good apps? Thx in advance
