[OSM-talk-be] Buildings and cadastre in Brussels and Belgium

Dear,

Looking at http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.832471549511&lon=4.36691254377365&zoom=18
I see that there are some buildings at least in parts of Saint Gilles
and Bruxelles.

I have many questions about the buildings data in Belgium :

1/ where these information come from ? I have not found. Could any of
you let me know how I could have searched by myself ?

2/ If they have been introduced one by one or in a batch input ?

3/ If it was a batch input, where would the data come from ?

4/ Is there a city, village, commune/gemeente in Belgium that has made
a policy to provide its cadastre to OSM ? (or similar data)
