[OSM-talk-be] Buildings and cadastre in Brussels and Belgium

AFAIK or guess, they were drawn one by one on the basis of the 
background satellite images from the JOSM editor
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/8048295
This background is also selectable in the Potlatch editor.
Cadastre information is not available or to be used  for OSM in Belgium.
