[OSM-talk-be] Buildings and cadastre in Brussels and Belgium

Hi, for now (export of some days ago ) we have 29250 building inside
BXL  (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/54094)

from 109 distinct users (LAST users, = if 2 users touch a way only the
last one will be counted = no history)


I'll try to compute the other stats later :)
