[OSM-talk-be] OSM introduction

This event is not in the international events list because it is just an
introduction for the Africa4U people. But anyone that can help with the
introduction is welcome! :-)

I did add the event to the Belgium WikiProject activities page:

I was planning to do a small very short presentation about OSM and then just
start explaining to them what/how. I will first teach them to use Potlach
but it's possible there wil also be some more advanced users who would like
an introduction to JOSM.
