[OSM-talk-be] ODBL redaction

Yay! It managed to process Brussels, Leuven, Charleroi and Namur in one go.
I was a bit concerned many retries would have been needed. Now I can
finally get to work on those cycle node networks again and try to asses how
much damage was incurred Between Aalst and Gent.
