I believe so, and it definitely makes more sense. It's interesting
that Mapnik still seems to do the right thing with it.

OSM has an internal messaging system, which I've used to discuss with
other mappers without ever knowing their email address. It gives you
some privacy at a cost of having to use that form interface. If you
want their email address you have to ask.

Indeed, beware. Even the lower zooms can be off, although they're
pretty good. Even if they're not off, however, it's also too easy to
make a similar mistake of mapping the top of a building rather than
its base, as not all photos are taken from directly overhead.
