[OSM-talk-be] Zones 30 in Belgium

You should be interested in the file "zone30_BE.asc" from the zip. That's
just a CSV file with the columns "lon, lat, text".

So you can just use the GpsBabel command

gpsbabel -i CSV -f zone30_BE.asc -x swap -o GPX -F zone30_BE.gpx

Note that the "swap" is needed because GpsBabel expects (lat,lon) and not
(lon,lat).

I added the generated GPX as attachment.

I did notice that almost all points are in the south-east of Belgium.
