[OSM-talk-be] Contacts with data providers

Hi everyone,

I've started a new page on the wiki for listing all contacts we have
with local authorities and the current status.

If everybody that is/has been /... in contact with someone about
giving data to OSM,
is it possible to a them into this page to have a clear overview of
what's going on...
