[OSM-talk-be] OSM meetups in Belgium in November?

Shoot. I meant to ask if there were meetups happening in Brussels or Brugge
during that time, not Paris-- I am sending the same note to the talk-fr
list, and got confused while sorting out the translations. Sorry!
