Hi,

Being frustrated with the Agiv server performance, I created a cache for 
their wms server at

http://agivcache.byte-consult.be/ogc/wms/omkl?FORMAT=image/jpeg&VERSION=1.1.1&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetMap&LAYERS=Ortho&STYLES=&SRS={proj}&WIDTH={width}&HEIGHT={height}&BBOX={bbox}

It wil proxy towards :  wms.agiv.be

using
     proxy_cache_key "$scheme$host$request_uri";
     proxy_cache_valid 200 302 300h;
     proxy_cache_valid 404 1m;

It enhances my experience now by 1000%, feel free to start testing and 
using it.  It's implemented in nginx.    It will be kept online.   I 
actually encourage you to try it out and start using it yourself.  If 
it's too successful , I'll scale it up.  It will probably help lessen 
the burdon on the agiv machine.  feedback appreciated.
